The impressive 81,446 SF adaptive reuse project at 400 East Church is transforming the existing warehouse into over 83 loft-style apartments across three floors. New Life at the Hartz Business Center
Constructed in 1956, the building at 1341 Hughes Ford originally served as an eyeglasses manufacturing plant and then memorably as the Hartz Men’s Clothing manufacturing facility until its closure in 2006.
