This active project is located at 400 East Church Street in the old Ox Fibre Brush Company building (and later Goodwill Building) in downtown Frederick, MD. The impressive 81,446 SF adaptive reuse project is transforming the existing warehouse into over 83 loft-style apartments across three floors. When completed, the apartment building will provide new, centrally-located workforce housing to the Frederick community.
