As State Farm consolidates its operations, the owners of the strategically-located business campus have begun looking to re-position the site as a new economic opportunity for the Frederick community.

Frederick has changed dramatically in the last 20 years -- from a small sleepy town to the second largest city in the State. The City of Frederick now stands as the third point in a powerful economic triangle that traces to D.C. and Baltimore.

Entrepreneurs are encouraged to imagine the next chapter for these stately buildings -  capturing  the charm of yesteryear and determining the building’s place in the modern economy. 

Today a ribbon cutting ceremony officially celebrated the re-tenanting of a well-known office building on the north-end of the City. The building will serve as the new home of the Frederick County Department of Social Services.
