Federal tax credits available for providing paid time-off for employees receiving/recovering from the vaccine:
Eligible employers, including businesses and tax-exempt organizations with fewer than 500 employees and certain governmental employers, can receive a tax credit for providing paid time off for each employee receiving the vaccine and for any time needed to recover from the vaccine.

Appointments are available for the COVID-19 vaccine (Moderna) this week.
Please bring documentation of your age and identity. You must be over 18 years to receive the Moderna vaccine. Please register for your appointment at the links indicated below. Appointments are available on a first come, first serve basis. You will schedule your 2nd dose appointment onsite after vaccination.
Please do not arrive to your appointment early. This creates long lines and wait times and we will move everyone through most quickly when you arrive at your scheduled time. If you have an appointment confirmation, a vaccine is guaranteed for you.

If you need to cancel your appointment, you must use the link to cancel in the email of your appointment confirmation. The call center and staff are unable to cancel or reschedule your appointment for you due to limitations within the State system.
We have taken all precautions to assure your health and safety at this clinic. We do require that you wear a face covering upon entering the building. If you do not have one we can provide one for you. Social distancing guidelines must be followed. In the event of a medical emergency, each of our clinics is staffed with medical personnel who can provide treatment, if needed.
